How we like to work
Most property work is straightforward when it is planned properly. We start by understanding what needs doing, then explain what is realistic, what it involves and what we would suggest. If a job needs a different trade, we will say so rather than stretch beyond what we do well.
On site, the priority is careful preparation and a tidy finish. Properties are often lived in or being let, so we work around occupants where we can and keep disruption to a minimum. When the work is finished, the space should be clean and ready to use.
For landlords and property managers, repeat maintenance is usually about predictability. Knowing that a job will be picked up, done properly and reported back clearly makes the property easier to manage.
