Ongoing and one-off maintenance to keep a property in good condition. Useful for landlords and property managers who need jobs picked up reliably and reported back clearly.
Minor Repairs
Small jobs that are easy to put off. Sticking doors, damaged plaster, loose handles, skirting, shelving and general fixes around the property.
Garden and Outdoor Maintenance
Keeping outside spaces neat and usable. Lawns, hedges, borders, clearance and general tidying, plus fence and gate upkeep.
Property Preparation
Getting a property ready for new tenants, a sale or further work. Cleaning up finishes, repairing wear and making sure rooms present well.
